About the job

  • As a BIM Modeler for Major Energy-Efficiency Renovations, you will work closely with the project team to translate the project leaders’ vision into advanced BIM models. Your responsibilities will include:

    - Developing design concepts into a BIM model;

    - Collecting data necessary for the implementation of the plans (such as site surveys and/or other technical information)

    - Integrating data from various stakeholders (such as contractors and structural engineers) to create a detailed and optimized BIM model;

    - Developing a 3D model and providing construction-ready 2D drawings;

    - Extracting high-quality 3D visualizations, tables, bills of quantities, specifications, and/or other information from the model;

    - You will work closely with the team of project engineers and serve as the internal point of contact for all BIM and drawing-related questions;

    - Implementing innovative BIM techniques to improve the building's energy performance.

    • You hold a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.

    • Your drawing skills and talent, acquired through experience and training.

    • You are interested in the renovation industry.

    • You have a good knowledge of BIM and visualization software (Revit).

    • You are a team player and communicate well with your colleagues.

    • You are creative, organized, and results-oriented.
